Red Bank Prohibits Large Gatherings, Closes Bars

RED BANK-The Red Bank Borough Council has passed an ordinance that declared a local state of disaster emergency which forces the closure of all bars with a capacity greater than 25 people as of March 16th at 11:59 p.m.
