Lakewood, Deal, Freehold, South Toms River, Matawan Have Highest Per Capita COVID-19 Positives at Jersey Shore

COVID-19 is sweeping the northeast corner of New Jersey, but further south at the Jersey Shore, five towns have a much higher per-capita rate of infection than surrounding communities and those towns are Lakewood and South Toms River in Ocean County; and Deal, Matawan and Freehold in Monmouth Counties.  The rate of infection in Cape May and Atlantic Counties has been relatively light compared to Ocean and Monmouth Counties.
