ASBURY PARK, NJ – The Stone Pony’s Summer Stage, an outdoor music venue adjacent to the boardwalk, beside the famous Stone Pony lounge in Asbury Park has announced there will be no concert schedule in 2020.

“Hello Everyone. We are announcing today that the 2020 Stone Pony Summer Stage series will be on hiatus this year and we will be looking ahead to a strong 2021 season. As we look to next year to bring back our outdoor series, we want to thank our amazing fans who have supported us in the recent months,” the Stone Pony said. “We want to use this time to celebrate our Summer Stage fans and are asking you to share your selfies of your favorite Summer Stage moments. Send your pics to summerstagelove@stoneponyonline.com. Many of these images will then be turned into a Stone Pony video, to be released on July 4th.”

Some of the bands lined up this year included the Violent Femmes, X, Melanie Martinez, the Good Vibes Summer Tour, Southside Johnny, Bouncing Souls, and the Sad Summer Festival.
