Wife Walks in on Husband Having Sex with His Mom

FITCHBURG, MA – Police in Fitchburg charged Tony Lavoie and his mom Cheryl with incest last week.   On May 20th, Lavoie’s wife walked in on her husband and his mom having sex.  She called 911 and police were told my mom and son that their sex was consensual.  On August 20th, police filed a felony incest charge against the mother and son, which in Massachusetts comes with a penalty of up to 20 years in prison.  A court date has been set for October 27th.
