A tractor trailer crashed into eleven cars on California’s I-5, causing the death of one man. A 39 year old man, Joel David Broussard of Elk Grove, California. Brousard as driving a Chrysler 300 when he was killed in the crash. The truck plowed through the cars on I-5 and two others were transported to area hospitals. The semi, according to the California Highway Patrol, was speeding towards slower traffic ahead and did not slow down. A Go Fund Me page has been set up for Broussard, raising $38,000.
