Two New Jersey Motor Vehicle Offices Closed for Two Weeks After Employees Test Positive for COVID-19

The New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission has announced today that two licensing centers will be shut down as long as two weeks after employees at the locations tested positive for COVID-19. The North Bergan and Newark Regional offices will remain closed.  The Newark office closed on October 1st. The agency said the employee was in the office on October 5th.   New Jersey Health Department contact tracers have been tasked with investigating those two incidents to see if other employees or customers contracted COVID-19 from their visits to both locations.
