Pennsylvania GOP Chairman Lawrence Tabas said Trump will win Pennsylvania.

“The Democratic elected officials in our state, the governor, the secretary of the state, the attorney general, they’ve been using their official position to stack the deck, to repeatedly change the rules throughout, and if the rules and Constitution are followed by all sides, including the Democrats,” Tobas said.  “The president will win, and I think you will see he did better in Philadelphia than he did in 2016.”
