BELLEVUE, NB – A man who shot and killed two employees and wounded two others at a Sonic Drive-In is in custody, in jail, and being charged with additional charges.
On Saturday, November 21, 2020, at approximately 9·23 p.m, Bellevue Police responded to the Sonic Drive-In, located at 1307 Cornhusker Road. Officers dispatched were initially told of a possible bomb Inside of a moving truck parked in the parking lot. The suspect is identified as Roberto Carlos Silva Jr., of Omaha, Nebraska. Silva is facing nine charges including two counts of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder, four counts of use of a weapon to commit a felony,and first-degree arson.
At approximately 9:24 p m., the call was updated to a shooting. Numerous officers responded, with the first arriving at 9 26 p.m. A suspect was taken into custody shortly thereafter, without Incident.

Officers discovered four victims with gunshot wounds. Two victims were transported to the University of Nebraska Medical Center Two additional victims were determined to be deceased at the scene.
The four victims were Zoey Lujan, 18; Kennether Gerner, 25; Nathan Pastrana, 22, deceased; and Ryan Helbert, 28, deceased.
