VISALIA, CA – The Visalia Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance with locating 62-year-old, Leighann Hugunin of Visalia. Hugunin has an active warrant for crimes she committed against her elderly mother related to elder abuse, theft, identity theft, and fraud.
Hugunin is described as an adult female, 5’ 3”, 130 lbs., thin built with blonde/gray hair and brown eyes. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Hugunin, please contact Detective Jones at 559-713-4747 or the Anonymous Tip Line at 713-4738.
