New Castle paramedics respond to two overturned vehicles in crash on I-495

NEW CASTLE, DE –  The New Castle County Paramedics and Minquadale Fire Company, Station 22 responded to a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 495 where both vehicles were overturned. On Tuesday, at 6:25 a.m. New Castle County Paramedics were dispatched to assist Minquadale Fire Company, Station 22 with a motor vehicle collision involving an overturned vehicle on Interstate 495 in the area of Rogers Road. While responding, units were advised of two vehicles that had overturned with possible subjects trapped. Additional resources were alerted from Holloway Terrace Fire Co., Good Will Fire Company and Wilmington Manor Fire Company. All patients received minor injuries with one being transported to Wilmington Hospital for further evaluation. Delaware State Police are investigating the incident.
