VENTURA, CA – Another California business owner is at his breaking point with Governor Gavin Newsom’s ban on indoor and outdoor dining that he nearly lost his mind when city health inspectors came knocking on his door to deliver a fine.   Anton Van Happen, the owner of Nick the Greek’s in Ventura went toe to toe with city health inspectors.  The city ordered Van Happen to shut down after he set up tables outside his restaurant so people with takeout orders can sit and eat.
