Man, 47, shot dead in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – On December 22, 2020 at approximately 9:30 p.m., a Northwest District officer was flagged down by Fire Department personnel in the 2500 block of Woodland Avenue in reference to an unconscious victim.   The officer responded and found Brandon Fleming (43) of the 2500 block of Woodland Avenue, not breathing and unresponsive.  Medics pronounced Mr. Flemming deceased at the scene. The Medical Examiners transported the deceased’s body their office where an autopsy would be performed. Medical Examiner doctors discovered a small stab wound to the victim’s upper back and ruled this death a homicide.  Homicide detectives are investigating this murder and are asking anyone with information to call (410) 396-2100.
