Philadelphia, PA – On December 22, 2020 at approximately 7:30 PM, the suspect, an unknown male, was captured on surveillance video entering the Target Store located at 1020 S. Broad Street. While inside the store the suspect concealed items inside of his jacket, then set other merchandise on fire to make his escape.
