WASHINGTON, DC – Ahsli Babbitt, the unarmed woman who was shot and killed by police inside the U.S. Capitol on Wednesday was a 17 year veteran of the United States Air Force. Babbit was shot in a hallway trying to get through a broken glass window. Police beside Babbitt appeared shocked as the protesters beside her after hearing a gunshot and seeing her fall to the ground. After being shot at nearly point-blank range by a security officer hiding in an alcove in the adjacent hallway, police officers behind Babbit drew their weapons, not knowing who the shooter was.
Babbitt later died from a gunshot wound to her chest in the hospital.
Babbitt served 17 years, including four tours in the U.S. military in the Air Force according to her husband. Her family said neither D.C. police nor Capitol police notified them of her death, instead, found out on television. Babbitt and her husband Aaron operate a pool service business in Sand Diego, California.
Biden-Harris supporters took no time to assault the business‘ social media pages with posts saying she deserved what she got, posting disgusting comments on the company’s pages.
“Not one tear shed,” said Mich Cost. “LOL’d when she fell backward.”
“So, is there a spot open or…” asked Michael Jiminez.
“There you go,” said Biden-Harris supporter Maria De Jesus Gutierez. “Not such a little angel.”
“This place is looking for a new owner,” said Shawn Mason.
