BEAUMONT, CA – On February 1, 2021, at approximately 2:15 a.m., officers responded to a business in the 800 block of Oak Valley Parkway about a disturbance between the on-duty security guard and a transient. Officers arrived and contacted the security guard and the female.
The female reported the security guard of the business had sexually assaulted her in an area close to the business. Officers detained the security guard and transported the victim to an area hospital for examination. The security guard, a 29-year-old resident of Pomona was arrested and booked at Smith Correctional for rape by force, assault, and sexual penetration.
