JACKSONVILLE, TX – Bad boys, bad boys, whatchya gonna do?  Whatchya gonna do when the guy in line at Chick Fil-A opens his door on you?  That’s what happened in Jacksonville, Texas last week when a suspect fleeing police officers was blindsided by the driver’s side door.  The man in a pickup truck was waiting online for his Chick-Fil-A order when he saw the man running from police and decided it was time for some fresh air and a stretch, so he whipped his door open.

The thief ran into the door, slowing him down enough for the chasing officer to make an arrest.

The suspect ran through the Chick-Fil-A parking lot. A hungry customer, who was waiting patiently for his chicken sandwich, used his door to stop the suspect,” The Jacksonville Police Department said. “The suspect was quickly apprehended after the “HANGRY” (but helpful) citizen reminded the suspect as to why you should never run from the police.”
