Meena Harris, the niece of U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris had to delete and run for cover after tweeting an inaccurate assumption about the Boulder, Colorado mass shooter.

“The Atlanta shooting was not even a week ago. Violent white men are the greatest terrorist threat to our country,” race baiting Harris tweeted Monday.

After it was later learned that the gunman was actually a Syrian born immigrant, she deleted her tweet, but double down on her racism.

“I deleted a previous tweet about the suspect in the Boulder shooting. I made an assumption based on his being taken into custody alive and the fact that the majority of mass shootings in the U.S. are carried out by white men,” She tweeted in a ‘retraction’ statement.

The Boulder shooter has since been identified as Ahmad Ali Aliwi Alissa, a Syrian born immigrant whose family moved to the United States when he was a young child. Alissa killed 10 people.
