New Castle, DE – On Friday, officers from the New Castle County Division of Police responded to a check on the welfare in the area of Queens Way, in the community of Brookbend. Upon arrival, officers were advised that Joseph Brittingham had left the area and made statements that causes concern for his welfare.
Joseph Brittingham is described as a white male, 5’04 weighing approximately 110 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white “Jaws” T-shirt and black shorts
