TOMS RIVER, NJ – A joint search by the Manchester and Toms River Police Department is underway to identify a road raging motorcyclist who took his anger out on his victim’s hood and windshield Thursday morning.

During the incident, which took place on July 8, 2021, at approximately 8:15 AM, an unknown motorcyclist abruptly stopped in front of the victim’s vehicle and got off of his motorcycle (a blue and white Yamaha sports bike), and approached the victim.

“At this time, the unknown motorcyclist used his fists to strike the hood and windshield of the vehicle, causing significant damage,” police said.

The unknown motorcyclist then got back onto his motorcycle and fled the area. The motorcyclist was described as a Caucasian male, approximately 6’00’’, wearing a black helmet, black hoodie with gold lettering on the back, black gloves, black shirts, and white sneakers.
