Nancy Pelosi’s U.S. Capitol mask mandate applies to everyone but Nancy Pelosi

Robert Walker

WASHINGTON, DC – Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, just 48 hours after announcing rules that she will have defiant ant-maskers arrested on Capitol Hill broke her own rule. Today, Pelosi risked the lives of people in the U.S. Capitol building by unmasking for a photo opportunity and allowing a non-familiar group of people to unmask alongside her.

While Americans during the pandemic were forced to take wedding photos with masks on, sports photos, high school graduation photos and other school achievement photos with masks on, Pelosi decided the rules she enacted just two days ago are for everyone else.

Similarly, during the pandemic, Pelosi violated San Francisco’s COVID-19 pandemic lockdown by going to a hair salon while the average American was forced to sit and watch their roots creep in.
