Mineral Ridge Man wins $20,000 on $300 Million Diamond Dazzler Scratch-Off

MINERAL RIDGE, OHIO – Joshua Frazzin of Mineral Ridge won $20,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, $300 Million Diamond Dazzler (#671). 

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, Frazzin will receive $14,400. 
 
He purchased his winning ticket at Cornersburg Sparkle Market located at 3623 S Meridian Rd in Youngstown.
