Second-Chance drawing offers a chance to win $1 Million a year in Pennsylvania

Middletown, PA – The EVERLASTING MILLION Second-Chance Drawing from the Pennsylvania Lottery is now open to players, offering 38 trips to Las Vegas to participate in the EVERLASTING MILLION CHALLENGE™ for the chance to win a lifetime prize of up to $1 million a year. Players may now enter any non-winning WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET™ [$10] Fast Play tickets into this Second-Chance Drawing. Then, starting on September 13, any non-winning WILLY WONKA GOLDEN TICKET™ [$10] Scratch-Offs may be entered into the drawing. Each non-winning ticket submitted will be awarded 10 entries and randomly selected tickets will be awarded a 5X entry multiplier, generating 50 total entries. Players have until December 2, 2021 to enter this Second-Chance Drawing.

In addition to the 38 trips to Las Vegas which will be awarded through the Second-Chance Drawing, a special Online Drawing will award one additional trip to a lucky player who logs on to palottery.com and plays the WILLY WONKA & THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY™ iLottery game between September 30 and November 10, 2021. To be eligible, players must play $50 or more on this online game for a chance to win.

In total, 39 winners will be selected from all entries in these drawings by the Pennsylvania Lottery. Each prize winner receives one trip for two that includes round-trip coach class airfare, ground transportation at destination, hotel accommodations (double occupancy) for three nights, $1,000 spending money and admission to the EVERLASTING MILLION CHALLENGE™.
