SEASIDE PARK, NJ (OCSN) – Another boat has washed up on the beaches of Seaside Park. Last week, police and firefighters rescued a sailboat crew that washed ashore. Overnight, first responders were called to the scene of a 75-foot fishing boat that ran aground.

“Stations 45 and 44 returned to Island Beach State Park in daylight hours earlier today to assist the 75’ boat that ran aground last night. Members of our team launched our jet ski and helped bring a tow rope from the troubled vessel to a 110’ tow vessel that attempted to pull the boat from the beach but was unsuccessful. They will attempt again during Sunday’s high tide,” Ocean County Scanner News reported. Check out Ocean County Scanner News for real-time breaking news at the Jersey Shore. Photo by OCSN.
