The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Missing Juvenile Jada Blackwell. She was last seen on Sunday, October 10th, 2021, at 5:00 P.M., on the 2XX block of East Haines Street.
She is 5’2″, 130 lbs., brown eyes and black hair. Her clothing description is unknown at this time. She likes to frequent the area of West Philadelphia.
