The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 75-year-old Endangered Missing Person Rupert Robinson. He was last seen at 6:00 P.M., on Thursday, October 14th, 2021, on the 1XX block of North 60th Street.
He is 5’10”, and 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing a Eagles cap, green/black Eagles jacket, black pants and blue/white sneakers.
