The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Stephen Fox. He was last seen at 5:00 P.M., on Monday, October 18th, 2021, on the 19XX block of Brunner Street.
He is 5’6″, 120 lbs., dark complexion, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black hoody, tan Dickie pants and Yezzy shoes. He likes to frequent the area of Nicetown Park.
