Police are describing her death as “accidental” after 19-year-old Penn State student Justine Gross, of Summit, was found dead one day after being reported missing.
Gross was last seen on Wednesday. She was reported missing a day later, and on Friday, her body was found, State Collge police reported.
“Preliminary information available to investigators indicates the death to be accidental in nature. No further information is available for release at this time and will be provided as possible in the future,” the police department said in a release.
Police did not disclose where her body was found or a manner of death. She was a 2020 graduate of Summit High School and studied at the College of Liberal Arts at Penn State.
