The Philadelphia Police Department and Northwest Detectives are seeking assistance for identifying the persons depicted in the following video in reference to a shooting that occurred at 3700 N. Carlisle Street on November 22, 2021 at approximately 11:55 pm. The victim was shot while sitting in his black Toyota Highlander at 3700 N. Carlisle Street and shortly after crashed into the rear of a parked vehicle.
