HOWELL, NJ – Do you know this cute fella? If so, hurry up and contact the Howell Police Department. Police say he was found near Rt.547 and Oak Glen Road.

“Although he’s enjoying the back scratching and pampering at headquarters, I’m sure he misses his home. He’s wearing a black nylon collar. No tags or chip. We will be holding him for a couple hours before being turned over to the Monmouth County SPCA,” the department said.
