MOUNT AIRY – At approximately 9 a.m., Thursday, a Linganore High School juvenile student notified a Frederick County Sheriff’s Office School Resource Officer of another student that had just assaulted him. Once on scene, the deputy found Reese Anthony Wilson, age 19, a LHS student from Mount Airy, threatened the juvenile student at knife point.

Wilson, in full cooperation, quickly turned the knife over to school administration. After a thorough investigation, deputies detained Wilson and transported him to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center. Charges include 1st and 2nd degree assault, reckless endangerment, and possession of a deadly weapon on school property.
