There were actually some people who thought the #7 ranked Ohio State Buckeyes would actually beat the #2 ranked Michigan Wolverines this past weekend. That never happened. Michigan destroyed Ohio. The score was 42-27, but the win wasn’t even as big as what happened after.
The record attendance at Michigan Stadium was 115,000 and there were about 100,000 fans at the game to watch the Wolverines, led by Jim Harbaugh earn their first Big 10 title since 2004 and punch their ticket to this year’s college football playoff.
After the game, fans flooded the field and sang Mr. Brightside by the Killers. Check it out. What a great way to end it.
