TAKE 5 Top-Prize Tickets Sold in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Elmira

NEW YORK, NY – The New York Lottery today announced multiple top-prize winning tickets were sold for the Jan 5 TAKE 5 EVENING drawing.

The tickets were sold at:

  • GATEWAY NEWS located at 122 E 42ND ST in MANHATTAN, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $14,397.50
  • LUCKIES LIQUORS WINE SPIRITS located at 641 MARCY AVE in BROOKLYN, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $14,397.50
  • WEGMANS located at 1100 CLEMENS CENTER PARKWAY in ELMIRA, which sold 1 prize winning ticket worth $14,397.50

TAKE 5 players with midday and evening draws n the same ticket must check their numbers at nylottery.ny.org to determine if they have the winning numbers for the corresponding midday or evening drawing.


TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39. The drawing is televised twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Winning tickets at all prize levels may be cashed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
