PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 24-year-old Missing Person Qydeir Lucien. He was last seen at 2:58 A.M., on Wednesday, January 19th, 2022, on the 38xx block of N. 18th Street.
Qydeir is 5”8”, 170 lbs., medium build, brown eyes, black hair and was last seen wearing a black coat and blue or black pants.
