Columbus double murder suspect identified, have you seen him?

COLUMBUS, OH – A Franklin County man is now wanted for the double murder he is suspected of committing back in August of 2020

On January 26, 2022, the Franklin County Grand Jury indicted 29-year-old Tyrone L. Copeland on Aggravated Murder.

On August 5, 2020, at 11:18pm, Patrol Officers were dispatched to the area of 1010 Timberwood Drive W. on a shooting. Upon arrival, they located victim #3, Divante Hall, suffering from a gunshot wound to his foot. Patrol Officers then located victim #1, Marquayvius McGill, and vctim #2, Dominique Freeman, in the area of 4840 Timberwood Drive N., suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. Shortly after, Patrol Officers located victim #4, Xavier Reynolds, who was uninjured. Victim’s #1 and #2 were pronounced deceased at scene at 11:43pm. Victim #3 was transported to a local hospital, where he is expected to recover from his injuries.
At this time, investigators’ have little information as to the motive of this crime.
