PHILADELPHIA, PA – The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Kashay Dorman-Williams. She was last seen at 7:00 A.M., on Tuesday, February 1st, 2022, on the 15xx block of S 30th St.
She is 4”10″, 140 lbs., and last seen wearing a black bubble jacket, black jeans and black Converse sneakers.
