Man charged after pulling guns on teenagers at Jonesboro home

JONESBORO, GA – On January 31, 2022, at 10:50 p.m., Clayton County Police Officers responded to the 9700 block of Ivey Ridge Circle, Jonesboro, GA 30238 in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, the officer was advised that the suspect, Trevion Webb, had already left the scene. During the investigation, officers learned Trevion entered the home wanting to speak with one of the victims about going to South Carolina.

A verbal altercation occurred involving Trevion Webb and the three victims (one of which was a juvenile). Trevion then attacked two of the victims. All three victims then attempted to push Trevion out of the residence at which point Trevion pulled out a gun pointing it at two of the victims (one of which was a juvenile -16 years-of-age). Trevion chased the juvenile down the street with a gun in his hand.

Trevion Webb returned to the residence where he removed a tag from a 2003 Nissan Sentra and left the location. Based on the statements of the victims and video footage, Officers obtained warrants for Trevion Webb since he was not on scene. Warrants were obtained for Aggravated Assault, Cruelty to Children – 1st Degree, Cruelty to Children – 3rd Degree, Simple Battery -Family Violence, and Theft by Taking.
