ORLANDO, FL – Two sisters from New Jersey who were arrested and charged after getting naked and fighting each other at Disney’s shopping village, Disney Springs won’t be facing criminal charges. In October, the two Jersey girls got into a fight about one of the sister’s boyfriends.
The next thing, the two were engaged in an all-out naked brawl. Orange County Sheriff’s Officers responded to the fight on October 26th to see one of the girls wearing only her underwear and sandals. Deputies responding gave her a jacket to cover up during the incident that happened after 12:30 am near Cirque du Soleil.
In November, the state attorney’s office announced they will not pursue criminal charges against the Jersey Shore copycats.
“Both females were screaming at each other. A Disney employee said one female was sitting on a bench while the second female was standing over her. After attempting to calm the situation, a Disney employee said one female slapped the other in the face. At that point, both females began punching, slapping, and pulling each other’s hair,” a statement released by the OCSO read. “Once separated, both sisters ran at each other, slipped in [the younger sister’s] vomit, then fell into the bushes while still fighting. The security officer stated the younger sister ran a few feet away and took off her dress, exposing her breasts. Shortly after, they began to punch each other again. The Disney employee and a cast member were able to separate the two again until the off-duty deputies arrived on scene.”
Deputies reported the two girls were “very intoxicated”.
Both sisters eventually cooled down and agreed not to pursue charges against the other. The story broke on the WDWNT fan news and blog site.
