OTTAWA, ON – Mounted Ottawa police officers on horses trampled an elderly woman with a walker as they began dispersing members of the trucker protest in Canada’s capital city. The police officers were dispatched at the request of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. After trampling an elderly woman, police on horses went on to trample more protesters as stunned onlookers shouted in shock and disbelief at the officers.

According to one report, police claim the woman threw her motorized scooter at them. A video later posted to Twitter showed the attack against the woman was unprovoked.

The Toronto Post later confirmed the police trampled the disabled woman.

“The violence the Prime Minister has expressed concern about during the three-week protest in Ottawa didn’t unfold until Justin Trudeau’s Emergencies Act police army was sent in to disperse the crowd,” the Toronto Post reported.

Elon Musk, Tesla’s billionaire CEO later posted a tweet comparing Trudeau to Adolf Hitler.
