PHILADELPHIA, PA – A teen girl has been reported missing by Philadelphia Police after being seen last Sunday on Monmouth Street.
Destiny Carbonell, from the 2000 block of Monmouth Street, was last seen on Sunday, February 27, 2021, at approximately 11:07 AM walking westbound on Monmouth towards Emerald Street.
Destiny Carbonell is 19-years-old, 5’4″ tall, 175 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, white crocs, and was carrying a blue bag.
