Cincinnati, OH – U.S. Marshal Pete Tobin is pleased to announce
during the early-morning hours of February 11, 2021, the U.S. Marshals
Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team (SOFAST) and the
Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) Fugitive Unit arrested fugitive
Kevin Coes on an outstanding warrant from Hamilton County for two counts
of Murder.
On November 1, 2019, Coes was allegedly involved
in a robbery at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Sycamore Township. During
the robbery a shootout occurred, and two male victims were struck by
unfire. The victims succumbed to their wounds. HCSO investigators filed
an arrest warrant for Coes. The U.S. Marshals SOFAST in Cincinnati, OH,
together with the HCSO Fugitive Unit, developed information that Coes
was in the 3200 block of Glenmore Avenue in Cincinnati, OH, and quickly
arrested Coes without incident.
Coes is currently in custody at the Hamilton
County Jail.

authorities including the Adult Parole Authority, Hamilton County
Sheriff’s Office, Butler County Sheriff’s Office, Butler County
Probation Office, Colerain Township Police Department, Department of
Homeland Security/ Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Golf Manor
Police Department, Harrison Police Department, Social Security
Administration Office of the Inspector General, Warren County
Prosecutor’s Office, Warren County Sheriff’s Office, and the Mount Orb
Police Department.
