BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department needs your help identifying the male in sketch provided.
According to Investigators, “The male is described as a black male approximately 30-40-years old, 5’9” and weighs 120lbs. He is possibly homeless and seen wearing the jacket in the below picture. The male may have frequented the Perkins Homes area. Anyone with information is urged to contact Homicide detectives at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7Lockup.”
