WASHINGTON, D.C. – In an effort to protect victims’ rights when compromising images are shared online by angry ex-lovers, friends, and others, President Joe Biden launched into a bizarre rant about how everyone knows somebody who took naked pictures and were blackmailed after the relationship went south.

“I bet everybody knows somebody…that in an intimate relationship, what happened was the guy takes a revealing picture of his naked friend, or whatever, in a compromising position and then blackmails,” Biden said.

It’s not sure if Biden was eluding to compromising photos and videos of his son Hunter which were released to the New York Post from a laptop abandoned at a Delaware computer repair shop.

Biden said it is time to change the culture and not just U.S. law to stop violence against women as he celebrated expanded protections for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, according to Reuters.

“A day earlier, Biden signed a spending bill that included a renewal of the Violence Against Women Act, which also provides more resources and training programs for law enforcement, among other steps,” Reuters reported.
