Brooklyn Park Woman wakes up to find her window shot out overnight by a bullet

Brooklyn Park, MD – A Brooklyn Park resident woke up Monday morning to find a window in her home had been shot overnight by a bullet.

According to the Anne Arundel County Police Department, at approximately 8:30 a.m. officers responded to the 4600 block of Kramme Avenue for a bullet that was shot through a window of the residence.

“The victim advised they did not hear any shots fired and there were no recent calls for service regarding shots in the area,” the department said in a statement. “The homeowner did say that she heard what she believed to be glass breaking around 9:00 p.m. the prior evening. The projectile was recovered.”
