41 Year-Old Baltimore Man Heard Loud Pop Before Realizing He was Shot

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on March 26th. This incident took place on the 1700 Block of Dundalk Avenue in Southeast D.C.

According to detectives, “At approximately 6:19 p.m., Southeast District patrol officers responded to the 1700 block of Dundalk Avenue to investigate a shooting. Once at the location, officers located a 41-year-old male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the right thigh. The victim has non-life-threatening injuries. Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was walking in the area when he heard a pop, then he realize he was shot. Southeast District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.”
