The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 12-year-old Missing Child Kailani Hales. She was last seen at 10:00 A.M., on Sunday, April 10, 2022, on the 38XX block of North Franklin Street.
She is 5’7″, 125 lbs., thin build, brown eyes, long brown hair. She was last wearing burgundy colored hooded sweatshirt and grey pants.
