ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – Six people were arrested and charged with drug related crimes during a raid on a known drug house in Atlantic City last Thursday.

Police said six individuals were charged following a search warrant that led to the recovery of drugs, live marijuana plants, and the discovery of a CDS manufacturing facility.

Detectives of the Special Investigations Section executed a court-approved search warrant at a residence in the first block of south Texas Avenue.

“The residence consisted of two apartments that were both the target of the search warrant. As detectives entered the kitchen of one of the apartments, they observed Daniel Uribe, Linda Bones, and Anthony Whitaker, actively processing cocaine using known CDS manufacturing paraphernalia, including a ladle that contained cooked cocaine, spoons with narcotic residue, and scales. Detectives also recovered 53 grams of suspected crack cocaine, 120 buprenorphine and naloxone sublingual film packets, and items used for the packaging and preparation of illegal narcotics,” the Atlantic City Police said. “In the other apartment, detectives came in contact with Jose Santiago Sr., Jose Santiago Jr., and Bethany Finch. Inside, detectives located a marijuana growing operation and recovered nine live marijuana plants, over one ounce of marijuana, 4.5 grams of suspected crack cocaine packaged for street sale, and 12 wax folds of suspected heroin. Detectives also recovered items used for the packaging and preparation of illegal narcotics. The search warrant was a result of a 2 month-long narcotics investigation led by Detectives Christopher Dodson and James Barrett.”

Police arrested Daniel Uribe, 35; Linda Bones, 34; Anthony Whittaker, 44; Jose Santiago Jr., 30; Bethany Fitch, 38; and Jose Santiago Sr., 48..
