Four Men Severely Beat Victim on Chestnut Street

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Philadelphia police are searching for four men who viciously beat a suspect on Chestnut Street in April. This week, the department released video surveillance footage of the suspects in an attempt to identify them.

According to police, on April 24, 2022, at 2:52 am, the victim was on the 1400 block of Chestnut Street when he was involved in a verbal altercation with four unknown males. After the altercation, the suspects assaulted the victim causing a broken nose, broken teeth and cuts on his face requiring stitches. The victim was transported to Jefferson Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.

    Suspect #1: White male wearing a black hat, black t-shirt, dark pants and white sneakers.
    Suspect #2: White male with tattoos covering his right arm wearing a black hat black t-shirt, dark pants and white sneakers.
    Suspect #3: White male wearing a blue long sleeve shirt, dark pants and white sneakers.
