Man Shot in Leg in Baltimore’s Northwest District

BALTIMORE, MD – The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a shooting that left one man injured early Saturday morning. Police responded to a gunshot call at around 1:18 am in the 3500 block of Woodland Avenue.

“When officers arrived at the scene, they located a 29-year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the thigh. The victim was transported to an area hospital,” the Baltimore Police Department said. “Northwest District Shooting detectives responded to the scene and assumed control over the investigation.
