D.C. Police Make An Arrest In Attempted Armed Robbery

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Washington, D.C. Metro Police Department have made an arrest in the assault and attempted armed robbery that took place on May 15th. This incident happened on the 1300 Block of L Street in Northwest, D.C.

According to investigators, “At approximately 8:50 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect asked for money and the victim refused. The suspect then stopped the victim, brandished a sharp metal object, and demanded property. When the victim walked away, the suspect fled the scene.”

28-year-old Kyle Alifom, of Vienna, Virginia was arrested on May 19th and charged with Assault with Intent to Commit Robbery while Armed.
