TOMS RIVER, NJ – Drop boxes and mail-in-ballots have become synonymous with election integrity over the past two years. In the 2020 election, claims of ballot harvesting and mass dumps at drop boxes were lodged by former President Donald J. Trump.

This week, Mike Crispi, a candidate for Congress in the shore area’s 4th Congressional District launched a commercial that is airing on Fox News showing a wrecking ball destroying on of Ocean County’s ballot drop boxes in protest of the progressive left’s vote by mail system, which is supported by his opponent, Congressman Chris Smith.

Chris Smith has been silent and absent during the election cycle which so far has been a sleeper, taking cue from President Joe Biden’s campaign strategy of staying out of sight until the election.

The Crispi commercial airs on Fox News but can be seen below. Crispi is representing the Republican Column A “America First” ticket, which is aligned with many in the Trump inner circle. Smith, who raised his family at his Virginia home has recently purchased a home in Manchester Township in order to be eligible to run in this year’s election after CD-4 boundaries were redrawn in the 2022 redistricting process.
